4GL client/database server compatibility

If you run a OpenEdge multi-user system with more than one OpenEdge release, make sure that your 4GL client and database server are compatible. Table 2–3 lists the 4GL client versions that are compatible with the OpenEdge database server versions. All releases support TCP/IP networking.
